Italian VAT: 22%
ECET 2019 is registered for VAT in Italy under VAT number IT 187749999.
It is required by the local authorities that we charge local VAT. Hence the reverse charge mechanism does not apply and it is therefore not possible to receive an invoice without VAT. 

Included in the registration fee
Admission to the full conference programme, welcome reception on 23 June, programme & abstract book and lunch breaks.

!Please note that coffee, tea, croissants etc. will be available for purchase onsite during the coffee breaks 

Payment terms
By bank transfer or credit card (VISA/MasterCard) through the online registration system. Payment by bank transfer is due immediately from receiving the invoice.

Cancellation terms
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat at info@cap-partner.eu.
Cancellations postmarked before 15 April 2019 will be refunded deducting administration costs of 50 EUR.
After 15 April 2019, registration fees are non-refundable.

Please note: Dinner tickets are non-refundable.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference

Name changes

Name changes received prior to the late registration deadline (15 March 2019) are free of charge.
After this date, a handling fee of 25 EUR will be charged for each name change. All name changes should be sent in writing to the ECET Secretariat, info@cap-partner.eu.

Invitation letter
Visas should be applied for well in advance of your intended departure date. Please note that while we wish to assist our participants by providing the visa invitation letter, we do not contact the Embassy or Consulate on behalf of participants and we are not in a position to influence Embassy / Consulate procedures or decisions.

Participants can request an invitation letter through the online registration system. The invitation letter will only be issued upon completion of registration and receipt of the full pre-payment of the registration fee. This invitation letter does not involve any commitment by the ECET Secretariat to cover fees, accommodation, travel expenses or other costs associated with participation in the Conference.

If a participant’s application for visa is refused, the ECET Secretariat will refund the paid registration fees. Refunds will only be processed when the congress secretariat has received a copy of the refusal letter before 27 May 2019.
